“They were able to make a very unique customized cushion for me for a semicircular garden seat which fits okay and looks really good. Their material is tough and waterproof. Their standard foam is quite firm which suits us well. The colour is urban midnight black which is actually a very dark gray rather than a true black but it’s their darkest black. (The loose red back cushions are my own addition)”

From the very first contact with The Cushion Company they were fantastic. We wanted to match the coloured cushions in the photo we were sent 2 free samples and then decided on Galaxy Blue the process was so easy, it took less than 4 weeks delivery and the quality of not only the fabric but also the workmanship of the cover is exceptional I would highly recommend The Cushion Company to anyone.

After searching locally for ready made outdoor cushions I decided to go custom made, and am so glad I did. The covers are good quality and a perfect fit, and a much more attractive color than the old weather beaten covers I had. They got two thumbs up from the dog for comfort level too!

The quality of the product and customer service are both good . I had an issue with my order and it was resolved quickly – and they went above and beyond by delivering an unexpected “make-good.” Although they don’t have a telephone line, they were prompt with replying to my emails.

At the beginning I was a little scared of buying rather expensive custom cushions online, but then i started chatting to Reina and I asked her all the questions referring the company and how it worked. Reina was wonderful, I was in a hurry so didn’t take up the offer of the free fabric samples and she gave me here take of the colours on offer.
