How to measure Outdoor Round Cushions

No skill is required to measure up for a round cushion, it’s 3 simple steps.

  1. Measure the diameter of the space where the cushion will be positioned Example: if it is 504mm enter 50.4cm.
  2. Because it’s round it will be the same measurement as the first one.
  3. Confirm how thick you would like the cushion.

Pro Tip: 5cm – 7cm is the most popular thickness for this type of size however they can be as little as 3cm thick if used as a chair cushion or 15cm if to be used on a round daybed

We can make a round cushion for you in almost any size you require.  However if you’d like a large custom made cushion then you are in the right place.

Previously round cushions were a dime in a dozen but now they can be hard to find especially if you want a cushion in premium outdoor fabric that can handle the elements. Why search through site looking for a generic cushion when you can make one exactly you’d like it.

  • STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC

    Please select your preferred fabric from these available options below. These are in stock and available for immediate production.

  • STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR PIPING

    What is piping: Piping on a cushion is the thin fabric tubing that goes around the edges of the cushions. Piping is somewhat like a fine/small pipe that is around all the joins/ edges. It can provide a premium look and can be made in difference colours to provide a contrast. If that seems daunting you may like to know that most cushions use the same fabric on the piping as they do for the cushion.

  • STEP 3: CHOOSE YOUR FILLS

    This is a no brainer, we don’t charge extra for quick drying foam so we’d suggest you pick it. Regular foam
    tends to go mouldy if it gets wet and isn’t in the sunlight. Quick drying foam is open cell foam allows the water
    to pass through quickly.

  • STEP 4: CHOOSE YOUR TIES

    Please select whether you would like 2 tie points on opposite sides.
    Ties will keep your round cushions in place on a windy day and can assist keeping the cushion in place when being used.

  • STEP 5: MEASUREMENTS

    Pro Tip: Round daybed cushions are normally 10cm – 12cm however can be as thick as 15cm or as thin as 7cm.

Bespoke Round Outdoor Cushions

Your round cushions can be made from Sun-Tough Olefin with regular indoor foam or quick drying foam available at no extra cost to you. Olefin is ideal for commercial high traffic environments such as pubs and clubs or where children could stand on the cushions, Olefin on the other hand feels like regular fabric but is ideal for outdoors due to it strong UV properties as water repellent.

Should you be unsure about which thickness or colour your round cushions should be then we can provide you with either a free fabric sample or if you want to feel the cushions and see the quality then we can provide you with a complete sample cushion for free, delivery is £29 throughout the UK
